Several observances this week highlight service, health, and community care:

Mar 12 — National Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day: Recognizing the professionals who help families build healthier eating habits and improve overall wellness.

Mar 12 — National Plant a Flower Day: A simple reminder to care for our environment and beautify the spaces we all share.

Mar 13 — National K9 Veterans Day: Honoring the courageous service of military working dogs and their handlers who have served alongside our armed forces.

Active Observances:
World Glaucoma Week — Mar 8–14: Encourage regular eye exams to help protect lifelong vision.
National Nutrition Month — Mar 1–31: A time to promote healthy food choices and community wellness.

This week, consider supporting vision screenings, planting something green, or thanking a veteran in our community.
